This charming royal doulton figurine named wales is part of the ladies of teh british isles series. This figurine features a lady weairng a light green dress, white apron and bright red cape. She holds the edge of the cape up with her left hand. She also wears a black hat and carries a basket of yellow flowers (daffodils? ). One black shoe with a gold buckle peeks out from beneath the ruffles of her skirt. This figurine measures 7 1/2 inches tall, and the widest part of the base measrues approximately 4 1/2 inches across. The bottom of the figurine is marked with the green royal doulton logo and laides of the british isles, wales, hn 3630, modelled by valerie annand, 1994 royal doulton. Teh name wales is printed in the middle of a green daffodil. Teh blue paper inspection sticker is also attached to the bottom. This figurine is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips ro crazing. It has been stored carefully in a display cabinet. The winning bidder pays the postage and insurance fees.
